Sports Mela 2011 (Day 1)

 Cheanb Group of Colleges arranged a sports mela in New Chenab Campus, Jalalpur Jattan Road, Gujrat. Teams from all the campuses of CGC Gujrat participated in different events. Cricket tornament was the most hot in all games, Rope Pulling (Rassa Kashi), and volleyball were also liked by the students.

Chnab College of IT, warmly partisipated in the events. CCIT Cricket team qualified for the semifinals by beating the CGC Commerce college team in a low scoring math. Target of 35 runs was given to the team, which it made comprehensively on the loss of 2 wickets with 1 over left.

Rassa-Kashi qualifying round was also won by CCIT team. Umair Shuja from MSC-IT and Haseeb From BSC_CS 1 were the prominent players. A good tem sprit was shown by all of the players.

Now Wait and watch for the second day's performance.
